Undoubtedly, for the God fearing is the place of triumph.

  Gardens and grapes.

And rising breasted maidens of equal age.

  And overflowing cups.

Therein they will hear neither idle talk nor lying.

A recompense from your Lord, a bestowing sufficient.

Tafsir al-Kabeer

And overflowing cups.  Therein they will hear neither idle talk nor lying…

There will be no foul talk between them during their drinks which they will drink, and that is because the drinkers of the world tend to talk nonsense whereas when the people of paradise drink, their psyche does not get altered and they do not use foul language.

Tafsir al-Kabeer (Mafateeh al-Ghaib) of Imam Fakhruddin Muhammad ibn Umar al-Raazi al-Shafe’i t D. 606 A.H.

Tafsir al-Jalalain

Truly for Allah-fearing there will be a triumph, a place of triumph, in Paradise:

Gardens, orchards, and vineyards

And buxom maidens, of equal age

And a brimming cup, wine filling the vessels in which it is in; in Surah al-Qital [it is said], and rivers of wine [47:15].

They will not hear in it, that is, [in] Paradise, when they drink wine and in other situations, any vain talk, any words of falsehood, or lies, between one another, in contrast to what happens in this world when wine is consumed,

[this will be] a reward from your Lord, in other words, Allah Almighty has rewarded them with this reward as, a gift, that is sufficing, [that is] abundant
