اَوْ اِطْعٰمٌ فِیۡ یَوْمٍ ذِیۡ مَسْغَبَۃٍ ﴿ۙ۱۴﴾

Or the feeding on a day of hunger.

Tafsir al-Qurtubi                                                                                                                                                                                      تفسیر القرطبی                                                    

وَرُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: [مِنْ مُوجِبَاتِ الرَّحْمَةِ إِطْعَامُ الْمُسْلِمِ السَّغْبَانِ]

The Holy Prophet – may Allah send peace and blessings upon him – is reported to have said:  Amongst the means of blessings is feeding the hungry Muslim.
