The shadow or shade of the Divine Throne.

 

Hadrat Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah – may Allah be pleased with him – narrates that the Holy Prophet – may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him – has stated that, “There will be seven people (who will be blessed) with the Shade of the Divine Throne (on the Day of Judgement). They are:

 

  1. A just ruler.
  2. That young man who had spent his youth in Ibadah.
  3. That person whose heart is attached to the Masjid.
  4. Those two people who love each other for the Divine Pleasure of Allah Almighty and they meet (based on) this and when (they depart from) each other, (they do so on the same basis).
  5. That person who has been invited by a female who has influence and beautify to commit adultery with her and he says that he fears Allah Almighty (and refuses to commit this sin).
  6. That person who gives charity is such a secretive manner that his left hand in unaware of what his right hand has spent.
  7. That person who remembers Allah Almighty in private and his eyes become tearful. (Sahih Bukhari Shareef)
