Hadrat Allama Fadle Haq Khayrabadi – may Allah be pleased with him – was born in 1212 A.H. He also attained most his knowledge from his eminent father, Hadrat Moulana Fadle Imam Khayrabadi – may Allah be pleased with him. He also received his degree or certificate from Moulana Shah Abdul Qadir Saheb Dehlwi. He also graduated at the age of fourteen.

 

There is no doubt that Hadrat Allama Fadle Haq Khayrabadi – may Allah be pleased with him – was one of the greatest fighters for the Ahle Sunnah wa Jammah and when the Kaafir Ismail Dehlwi started to propagate the Tableeghi/Wahabi beliefs in the Indo Pak subcontinent, he was one of those scholars of the Ahle Sunna wa Jamaah that defeated this heretic on many occasions in a debate.

 

In 1857, when the revolt against the British was going on, Hadrat Allama Fadle Haq Khayrabadi – may Allah be pleased with him – arrived in Dehli and joined Bahadur Shah in fighting the British. He also issued a Fatwa against the British. Bahadur Shah was then captured and sent to Rangoon jail and this great scholar was also captured and sent to Lucknow.

 

When Hadrat Allama Fadle Haq Khayrabadi – may Allah be pleased with him – appeared in court, he debated the Judge to such a degree that the Judge was speechless. Finally, he also admitted that he had written a Fatwa against the British rule and he was then sent to the Andaman Island where he spent the rest of his life in jail. He also passed away in jail.

 

Even though there was someone in court who admitted that this was not the scholar who had issued a Fatwa against the British, yet, he was brave enough in court to admit that he had indeed issued a Fatwa against the British. In other words, he gave his life for the Ahle Sunnah wa Jamaah.

 

There has also been a wicked publicity stunt by certain heretics to place Ismail Dehlwi as someone who fought against the British but these people belonging to the Tableeghi movement were nothing but agents of the British. This has been clearly proven in the treatise “Khun ki Aasuh” which was professionally written by Allama Mustaq Ahmed Nizaami – may Allah be pleased with him.

 

In fact, it has been proven that these heretics were actually fighting against the Muslims at the indication of the British. However, since they had the British press in their control, they have over the years tried to prove that this heretic died fighting for the freedom of India. Yet, we all know that when you continuously speak lies, at the end of the day, people begin to think that you are actually speaking the truth. This is what has happened with these people. In the beginning, they had the use of the British and later on, they began to use the financial power of the British agents to propagate their nefarious propaganda. However, many eminent ‘Ulama have clearly revealed the lies and deceit of these people over the years such as Sayyidi A’la Hadrat, Imam Ahmed Raza – may Allah be pleased with him – and many other eminent ‘Ulama of the Ahle Sunnah wa Jamaah. Therefore, it is important that Muslims learn about the true message of the Ahle Sunnah wa Jamaah.
