 وُجُوۡہٌ یَّوْمَئِذٍ مُّسْفِرَۃٌ ﴿ۙ۳۸﴾

  Many faces on that day shall be bright,


 ضَاحِکَۃٌ مُّسْتَبْشِرَۃٌ ﴿ۚ۳۹﴾

  Laughing, rejoicing,


 وَ وُجُوۡہٌ یَّوْمَئِذٍ عَلَیۡہَا غَبَرَۃٌ ﴿ۙ۴۰﴾

  And many faces on that day will have dust upon them,


 تَرْہَقُہَا قَتَرَۃٌ ﴿ؕ۴۱﴾

  Darkness will be covering them.


 اُولٰٓئِکَ ہُمُ الْکَفَرَۃُ الْفَجَرَۃُ ﴿٪۴۲﴾

  They are the infidels, the wicked.  

Tafsir Rooh al-Bayaan                                                                                              تفسیر روح البیان                                                

وفى الحديث (من كثرت صلاته بالليل حسن وجهه بالنهار)

Hadeeth:  One who prays Salah excessively during the night his face will be glowing during the day.

وفى لحديث (ان البهائم إذا صارت ترابا يوم القيامة حول ذلك التراب فى وجوه الكفار)

Hadeeth:  When the animals will turn to dust on the Day of Judgment, it (its dust) will blow and settle onto the faces of the disbelievers.
