کَلَّاۤ اِنَّہَا تَذْکِرَۃٌ ﴿ۚ۱۱﴾

  Not like this, it is an admonition.


 فَمَنۡ شَآءَ ذَکَرَہٗ ﴿ۘ۱۲﴾

  So let him who wished remember it.


 فِیۡ صُحُفٍ مُّکَرَّمَۃٍ ﴿ۙ۱۳﴾

  In these sheets that are honoured,


 مَّرْفُوۡعَۃٍ مُّطَہَّرَۃٍۭ ﴿ۙ۱۴﴾

  Exalted, Purified.


 بِاَیۡدِیۡ سَفَرَۃٍ ﴿ۙ۱۵﴾

  With the hands of scribes.


 کِرَامٍۭ بَرَرَۃٍ ﴿ؕ۱۶﴾

  Noble. virtuous.

(كَلَّا إِنَّها تَذْكِرَةٌ) أَيْ لَا تَفْعَلُ بَعْدَهَا مِثْلَهَا

i.e. do not do something like this again.

Tafsir al-Jalalain                                                                                                                        تفسیر الجلالین                                                

{كَلَّا} لَا تَفْعَل مِثْل ذَلِكَ {إِنَّهَا} أَيْ السُّورَة أَوْ الْآيَات {تَذْكِرَة} عِظَة لِلْخَلْقِ

No indeed!, do not behave like this. Truly it, the Surah, is, or the verses [are], a reminder, an admonition for the entire creation

{فَمَنْ شَاءَ ذَكَرَهُ} حَفِظَ ذَلِكَ فَاتَّعَظَ بِهِ

So let whoever will, remember it, preserve it [in his memory] and thus be admonished by it

{فِي صُحُف مُكَرَّمَة} عِنْد اللَّه

On leaves [that are] honoured, by Allah

{مَرْفُوعَة} فِي السَّمَاء {مُطَهَّرَة} مُنَزَّهَة عَنْ مَسّ الشياطين

Elevated, in the heavens, purified, exalted above the touch of devils,

{بِأَيْدِي سَفَرَة} كَتَبَة يَنْسَخُونَهَا مِنْ اللَّوْح الْمَحْفُوظ

In the hands of scribes, who write it down from the Preserved Tablet,

{كِرَام بَرَرَة} مُطِيعِينَ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى وَهُمْ الْمَلَائِكَة

Noble, pious, obedient to Allah, exalted be He: these being the angels.
