Undoubtedly, the righteous are in bliss.

And undoubtedly, the evil doers are definitely in Hell.

They shall enter it on the Day of Judgement.

And they will not be able to hide therefrom.

Tafsir al-Baghawi

Undoubtedly the righteous ones are in bliss i.e. those righteous who did good and were truthful in their faith by fulfilling Allah’s duties and abstaining from disobedience.

And undoubtedly the evil doers are definitely in hell i.e. it is narrated that Sayyiduna Sulaiman ibn ‘Abdul Malik said to Abu Hazim al-Madani, “I wish to know what there will be for us by Allah?”  He replied, “Weigh your actions upon Allah’s Book and then you will surely know what is there for you by Allah.”  He said, “Where will I find it in Allah’s Book?”  He replied, “In His following statement:

Undoubtedly, the righteous are in bliss.

And undoubtedly, the evil doers are definitely in Hell.

(AL-Infitar 82, Verse 13-14)

Sulaiman then asked, “Where is Allah’s Mercy?”  He replied:

Surely the Mercy of Allah is near the good doers.

(Al-A’raf 7, Verse 56)

After making the mention of KIraman Katibeen with regards to the deeds of Allah’s servants Allah Almighty mentioned the situation of the those who performed those actions, and stated that indeed the righteous are in bliss which is the bliss of Paradise and indeed the evil doers are in hell and its Jahannam.

Imam Ja’fer Sadiq – may Allah be pleased with him – said:  Al-Na’eem is the Ma’rifah (recognition or gnosis of Allah) and witnessing (of Allah’s marvels) and Al-Jaheem is the darkness of carnal desires.

Indeed the pious, the believers who are sincere in their faith, shall be amid bliss, [in] Paradise.

And indeed the profligates, the disbelievers, shall be in Hell-fire, a scorching fire.

Entering it, to suffer its heat, on the Day of Judgement,

[the Day of]

Requital.
