وَ لَیَالٍ عَشْرٍ ۙ﴿۲﴾
And (by oath of) ten nights.
Tafsir al-Tabari تفسیر الطبری
Sayyiduna Ibn ‘Abbas – may Allah be pleased with him – is reported to have said: It is the ten nights Allah Almighty has taken the oath of. They are the first ten nights of the month of Dhul Hijjah.

Tafsir al-Qurtubi تفسیر القرطبی
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَيْضًا: هِيَ الْعَشْرُ الْأَوَاخِرُ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ، وَقَالَهُ الضَّحَّاكُ.
Sayyiduna Ibn ‘Abbas – may Allah be pleased with them – is reported to have said: It is last ten nights of the month of Ramadan. Sayyiduna Dhahhak – may Allah be pleased with them – has made this statement.

Tafsir al-Jalalain تفسیر الجلالین
{وَلَيَالٍ عَشْر} أَيْ عَشْر ذِي الْحِجَّة
i.e. the ten nights of Dhul Hijjah.
