وَ صَدَّقَ بِالْحُسْنٰی ۙ﴿۶﴾

And believed the best matter to be true

Tafsir al-Jalalain                                                                                                                        تفسیر الجلالین                                                

{وَصَدَّقَ بِالْحُسْنَى} أَيْ بِلَا إِلَه إِلَّا اللَّه

And affirms the truth of the best word, i.e. [the truth] of ‘there is none worthy of worship but Allah.
